By this point, I don’t believe it’s cowardice anymore. I don’t believe Kelly is keeping his mouth shut because he’s afraid of Trump or of the consequences of leaving the job. I honestly believe that he’s a perfect fit for this White House, another power-hungry asshole who is willing to suffer anything if it gets him higher up the food chain. Hell, I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s been taken aside and assured that all this is temporary, that Trump will eventually be gone and Kelly will be serving under a Pres. Pence for years to come.

Or, could Kelly consider himself as the “Last Guardian of the Country”?
