And in some ways, I am cynical enough to think some conservatives would be fine with back alley deaths as long it is the right economic and racial makeup.

They kill people all the time with their decisions and allowances.

Guns. Police. Healthcare. Insurance. Food Stamp and other programs. All ways of elimination if you want to take it to the ultimate end.

And they assist their own by keeping them rich, fat, happy and well protected.
