Regionalized safety advice from one of Wife’s FB friends:
The rest of y’all stay safe! And remember Southerners for the most part don’t know how to drive on ice and snow, so stay home, read a book and enjoy your snowstorm snacks! If you do drive, drive like you’re carrying a casserole dish of your grandma’s biscuits and gravy (with only a measley slip of DG aluminum foil covering it) and two jugs of sweet tea with questionable lids in your back seat.
Born and raised in central FL where driving a 2X4 pickup truck on a muddy red clay road after rain, up and down hills and around curves (do you know how much it rains in central FL?) happened a lot.
My first experience in driving on snow and ice, “it’s like driving on a muddy red clay road.”
