44 is blaming GWB for the current state of the economy. Who the fuck is he going to blame for our future state of security?

One of the reasons I have mixed emotions about “quickly passing a stimulus bill”. If it gets passed quickly, he owns it. If not, it is GWB’s fault.

The bill will pass either way, in some form. Original or modified form is immaterial, in the long view.

I hope our security holds on for at least six months. Otherwise, guess who’s fault it will be?
