Erickson’s in an enviable position, financially, compared to the people he’s telling to ‘suck it up.’ He isn’t really ‘subsidizing’ them, he just claims the victim mantle to feel better about the choices he made.

Actually, there are people who can’t sell their houses. I think Erick the noob has a valid point. People on each side of this issue have valid points. No one seems to be more right or more wrong.
