Yes but why? I get that they hate Fidel, but the embargo has hurt millions of people.

Some of them lost fortunes, all of them lost an “aristocratic” position in the old regime. They think if the peons suffer, they deserve to and they miss their unearned glory.

(This is my best guess, and I might be wrong.)
