I kinda wouldn’t be surprised if Bannon is setting himself up to be a martyr because he wants to. It’s a trend I’ve noticed among current and former staffers ever since Andrew Breitbart cast himself as a real-life martyr (Milo, Shapiro, Nolte, etc.).
