I think it’s fine that he recognizes that he has no self control and has his wife keep an eye on him. My problem is that he’s going to assume everyone else is just like him. For example, Mr. C. does not need a ‘minder’ when he is out without me and it would be foolish to require him to adhere to Pence’s safeguards.
This is how we start blaming women for being too dangerous to let out without a man, or without being covered head to toe. Seems to me we should require men without self control to stay in, or have a chaperone.
