I’ve had bad acid reflux all day so I don’t know whether I should go do my walk tonight. Uncertainty is annoying.

1/2 a tsp of baking soda in a small glass of water. Tastes horrible but it works well for me. Arm & Hammer actually shows ‘Drug Facts’ info on the box.
