I note he doesn’t say stop.

Am I to think slow down means no way to stop???

So, then if they can’t stop them (need further study) then what does slowing down mean when compared to the thinking they didn’t put up a fight was so they could allow their members campaign time?

Time well spent…or a show.

Slowing them down would mean there wouldn’t be as many.
