The crimes are going to go all the way up to Inauguration Day and beyond. My hope is Biden chooses a great AG and lets them handle it from there. Trump is an enemy of our democracy. He’s been hostile to it his entire presidential run.

It is McConnell and Gingrich who are the true enemies of our democracy. Without Gingrich, the GOP would not have taken over Congress in the ’90s and damaged this nation and without McConnell, Obama would have accomplished far more and would have been able to get his appointment to SCOTUS. Trump is still President because of McConnell and Trump’s temper tantrum is enabled by McConnell. The remaining members of the GOP are as terrible as McConnell but not as effective.
