I just find it more than ironic that Erickson would so publicly want to cozy up to N. T. Wright.

I suspect Erickson just doesn’t understand what Wright wrote. Similarly to Erickson’s piece on Christmas, which was mostly listed from a magazine article a year earlier.

Are you suggesting Erickson can’t think for himself?
