I can see why people would confuse the terms. I guess the point is Spencer is a pathetic asshole for calling for “peaceful ethnic cleansing” and then crying like a baby when someone gives him a softer version of what he wants for people of otehr races and ethnicities.

The Commission of Experts added that these practices can “… constitute crimes against humanity and can be assimilated to specific war crimes. Furthermore, such acts could also fall within the meaning of the Genocide Convention.”

Not quite peaceful.
