Got 15lbs of apricots from a friend who grows them…didn’t want them to go bad so I jammed the fuck out of them today…now have 15 jars of jam cooling on the counter. Went rustic…only a couple of pulses with the immersion blender so there are lots of big pieces of fruit.
Also, first time jamming without pectin if you can believe that… I’ve always believed it was necessary.

Oh, fucking nummy. My favorite jam is apricot. Nothing finer on a biscuit hot from the oven.
