Sure, statistically it is not as deadly as the Spanish flu was to the young and otherwise healthy but it’s a) still a higher death rate than the flu and b) those numbers out of SK assume that the hospitals don’t get overwhelmed. Also c) I suspect our population as a whole is somewhat unhealthier and has a larger number of pre-existing conditions at younger ages than SK.

I take the risks in our house because I am younger and healthier but I’m still rolling the dice and hoping I’ll not be the outlier.

I agree that it will be bad. My reply was to a post about the Spanish Flu wrecking army units. I’m hoping that the average enlisted soldier is under 50 and in better than average shape.
