I just got a call from the Mercedes-Benz dealer in Westminster, Colorado. They’ve received the paperwork for my application for new keys for my car. You have to pay for those in advance, so that’s why they were calling.

I added four hubcaps and the ventilator grille on the hood, since those were damaged in last summer’s softball-size hailstorm.

The keys should come in to be programmed in about two weeks. They’ll call when the keys come in so we can make an appointment and rent a motel room. (The maintenance doesn’t take very long, but the drive is four or five hours one way.)
