So looking for some input.

Today I’m starting to volunteer at a local elementary school. They just put in a school garden (veggie mostly) this past spring. So far it’s been a great success and many teachers have been using it in their classes. Many kids love it and some so much that they asked the teachers to start an after school garden club because they want to do more. So I’ve volunteered to help out with this new club.
Today is the first meeting and we’re going to talk about what sorts of things to do. The thing is that winter is coming on so there isn’t a whole lot to do in terms of planting and growing outside. (obviously). So I’m looking for ideas for things to do during the snowy months that are related. Closer to the spring I can see teaching and helping with the planning for spring. Possibly things like building some cold frames and maybe some trellises.

Just thought I’d ask here if anyone has any ideas on other things. More minds are better then one.
