Such as the Fort Hood Shooter, the Underpants Bombing, and more than a few others. He was a legitimate threat, and hence, a legitimate target.

I agree that he posed a threat, but the U.S. rather plainly violated international law. I initially sided with the Obama admin. on this one, but the justification seemed very flimsy and set a horrible precedent. I also get tired of the U.S. regularly snubbing international law just because we can. Maybe I’m holding him to too high a standard, but I really expect better of Obama.
