That’s kind of irrelevant here because the charges for an impeachment are irrelevant. The only thing that matters are the vote counts in the House and Senate.
Not really, though. You need 67 votes on at least one charge for impeachment. So if you have 5 articles of impeachment, that gives you five chances to get 67 votes. For example, you might not get there on Obstruction of Justice, but you could get there on Abuse of Power or Dereliction of Duty.
