Don’t forget Manchin, who this morning is supposedly back to being a “Yes” or at least leaning heavily that direction. Man does not realize that this vote has become so toxic that it will have the exact opposite effect of what he figures it will, turning away Democrats he desperately needs while Republicans remain glued to his opponent.
