I’ve been reading up on think tanks lately and discovered another reason to oppose the Limbaugh boycott. The effort seem to be spearheaded by Think Progress and Media Matters which are both run by the Center for American Progress. I’m just not comfortable with well funded Dem affiliated think tanks trying to get Republican radio shows taken off the air.

You’re giving Think Progress and Media Matters far too much credit for this movement. There are others that led the charge including many people we’ve never heard of and efforts outside of the internet. In any case that’s the way the came is played and I really don’t think that a one sided truce would help the Democrats because that’s what would happen — a one sided truce because considering the veracity of Republican funded groups including the Tea Party, Heritage, etc.
