Reset won’t result in losing anything.
I think I have a known problem, and I don’t think the Firefox reset will help. Here’s the point I came to before:
If updating RealPlayer did not resolve the issue or Flash is constantly crashing, you should uninstall Flash 11.3 and downgrade to Flash 10.3. You can find steps for downgrading Flash in: Adobe Flash plugin has crashed - Prevent it from happening again
I just installed the latest Flash, and I don’t think I have to revert because I can still see some videos, but it didn’t fix the problem either. I can see the video here for instance, but if I go to YouTube, I get the message that I need to install the latest Flash (which I just did). I think the cure is a new ‘puter.
So, what about a job offer?
