Comey really needed to go into more emphasis in his letter to Congress, about how the recent discovery ought not to be taken out of context and that the emails may prove to be inconsequential to anything about Hillary Clinton.

The letter reads like reading into it was the intent.

I could have written a letter showing no connexion or cautioning against drawing conclusions, and I am neither a cop nor a lawyer.

It still looks like rodent copulation to me.
