Just saw this, about Texas Organizing Project (TOP), that is why Houston is fully under Democratic control: dailykos.com. This needs to be expanded to cities like Dallas, where only 59% of eligible voters voted.

Excellent goal. I heard someone the other day in my FB say the VA Democratic Party is attempting to run someone for Delegate and or State Senator in every district possible. Those local races really matter.
