Even if the press largely boycotted him and threw access away for principles (good luck with that, FOX will still go - and there goes a whole bunch of the populace with it.

If the rest of the press found their spines, this could end up being an improvement. A relentless focus by the mainstream media on the lies and propaganda coming from the White House/Fox News/Breitbart would be useful, and will never happen as long as they are groveling for ‘access’.
