It’s good to hear that many LGF members are saying they are growing more liberal as they age.

I think a lot of people think you get more conservative as you get older. Maybe that was true years ago, but since Reagan I think maybe it has changed.

What I do not get is all the college age conservatives. The old cliche was kids in college were always “wet behind the ears” liberals because they haven’t learned anything yet and don’t have ‘stuff’ to protect, etc.

Maybe the fundamental Religious teachings has something to do with it.

I guess politics is all topsy-turvy these days.

My dad is getting more liberal as he gets older.

As for kids getting more conservative, I think what is happening is that the reactionary ones are getting more vocal because they’re not getting to be just rude to minorities or women. They have been energized by Trump’s election, but they’re just more out in the open.
