Maybe nobody for awhile. Perry is a convenient move to replace the embattled VA chief because he’s already a confirmed Cabinet official so he doesn’t require a new Senate hearing and avoiding a hearing might be the real goal here.

I’m kind of wondering if somewhere in here some asshole is going to suggest no more confirmation hearings.
