I do fear that for sure.

My letter to the paper a month ago outing myself as an atheist to the whole Panhandle in batting down a claim that “atheists are the cause of mass murders” is going to come back and bite me now.

I can expect at least some of the businesses here to tell me to hit the road and don’t come back (and we don’t really have much in the way of Evangelical churches here).
