As expected, the court refused to stop the book publication on prior restraint grounds. They sidestepped issue of the NDA.
So is another appeal likely?
The litigious Trump in the book case is Robert, not Donald (I think), but there seems to be a family tendency towards reflexive lawyering-up (and up-lawyering), if only to play for time.
Though ISTM that they may only be able to postpone publication for a short time: til right before Election Day?
