I’m curious—not joking—to see how France is doing with this. I base my doubt of masks on our experience in Eastern Massachusetts. We have a better than 95% mask wearing rate. We are Puritans. We follow the law.

But our case rate still spiked to 10% in early January.

Was your 95% rate maintained during the holidays? Did no-one attend super spreader events? Did you keep outsiders from visiting, and did all of you stay home?
