Thanks for letting me know about this! I suspect that this will not resolve the ongoing Charlie Foxtrot. But, hopefully it will help.

At least until some idiot finds out why there was a 2 container limit to stacking.

I recall seeing an estimate of how many millions of tons of shipping was sitting and waiting in front of Long Beach and it was huge! And, iirc, the thread estimated 500,000 containers waiting unloading.
