Exactly. But some money might be taken away from local gubmints with less people on probation. The last time I was in jail a guy did his first appearance for possession of paraphernalia. His bail was $120. Fucking bullshit but they need the money.

True, but how many are NOT caught as opposed to each of those $120’s
