The NRA is the largest and most active firearms rights organization in the world, with four million members who represent 100 million law-abiding Americans who own firearms.

I bet at least some of the 96 million Americans who own firearms but aren’t in the NRA might dispute that the NRA represents them. And seeing as the NRA is universally known of in the circle of those who own firearms, I think their 4% membership ratio sucks. That tells me there are 24 gun owners who say f* the NRA for every one that sends them $10 a year for the gun porn.
