She is - and a nice one too! She got a place at The Peninsula Regent in San Mateo. Nice place…right next to medical facilities, 1 block from Caltrain, and there’s a ton of boutiques and good restaurants two blocks from her. And they do a lot of activities…bunch of upscale septuagenarian hedonists, I suspect…she’ll fit right in.

Should be with us for another month while she closes escrow and the architects do the cosmetic changes she wants. I’m glad to be getting her settled here. It’s amazing how many monthly grifters are finding out they can’t auto-suck from her old bank account now…one asshole company was taking $274 a month for supplemental warranty on her brand new car. I sent them a response to their letter asking for new bank details filled with invective. :) I like doing that.
