Then we (the USA) has a very serious conundrum on its hands. It would mean that the results of the 2016 Election were fraudulent owing to foreign manipulation and that Trump is, in fact, an illegitimate POTUS, as he is only in his position owing to the said foreign manipulation.

And there’s no provision in the Constitution - or anywhere else, for that matter - to do anything about it. How do we nullify an entire nationwide election for the highest office in the land?

Impeachment is the only option, other than waiting for the next election.
