In fact, it’s much easier for underage people to get drugs than it is to get cigarettes and alcohol. Which suggests a way of dealing with the hard stuff.

Ok, admittedly it has been a few decades since I was underage, but cigarettes and alcohol were always super easy, you just nicked them from someones parents or got an older sibling to buy for you. I wouldn’t even have been able to tell you where to get drugs. I may have been able to guess who in high school could have gotten me some pot, but hard drugs, not the foggiest.
