If Justice Thomas and the rest of the fascist clique really get cracking they could conceivably over-rule Lawrence, Griswold and Obergefell all by, say, the middle of October. With any luck, the result would be an unprecedented disaster for mid-term hopeful Repugs, crushed, extinguished, under an avalanche of outrage. To paraphrase a headline from the end of the Civil War, “Treason and superstition buried in the same grave.”
It goes without saying that the GOP will use lies, sabotage and violence on a massive scale to prevent this. Democrats need to be ready at every level to counter this and they need to be ready for a brass knuckle, eye gouging, gonad crushing brawl in the process.

Once these cases are done away with by judicial edict Thomas’ role will be done and he is largely expendable to the theocrats. He will be asked to step down by Republicans so they can replace him with someone young and full of bitter hatred who will overthrow Loving vs. Virginia and really get down to brass tacks about what this is all about.

Clarence Thomas, in his diatribe masked as a concurrent statement yesterday left out Loving Vs. Virginia regarding cases to be overruled. Wonder why? Interracial marriage affects him personally, so he cares about this one. He doesn’t care one bit about anyone else. This is apparent to everyone by now.
