powershot sd1000. It has some gimmicky face recognition focus feature that might have been part of the problem. I’ve disabled it. I also think I’ve been using the zoom feature beyond what it’s capable of. I’ve never really learned to use the camera. I’d rather go back to my trusty 35 mm but taking film to get developed is a pain in the ass.
