Hobby Lobby employees can make their own birth control and get a 10% employee discount on the ribbon, styrofoam, fake flowers, glitter, wire and glue they use to make their own seasonal IUD.

“First Amendment Rights” means that Hobby Lobby is free to warn and admonish its employees not to use contraceptives. But the Fourth Amendment means taht the employees’ choices are ultimately their own private choices.
