Couple of points.

Local law enforcement agencies do not purchase MRAPs. Those are provided for at no cost through DHS. Secondly, the Lenco BearCat is not an MRAP. I have yet to see an MRAP in Ferguson.

I know, I just like the gist of what he said because I have seen them driving around so much with swat clinging to the outside of the Bearcat. Armor does not do you much good if you are on the wrong side of it now does it?
