No one has announced yet.
My guess is that Trey Grayson will try again.
If Matt Bevin loses the governor’s race in November, he’ll probably try taking on Rand again, too.

Not sure if the Dems have anyone in particular in mind, though I’ve seen a few names floated as possibilities.
