Federal judges are generally hard-nosed and know the law inside and out. Sensible lawyers have good reason to fear them. Chuck’s Missouri lawyer is not one of those lawyers.

Yep. A pissed-off Fed Judge, who has carefully laid the groundwork to prevent reversal of his decisions upon appeal, can set about barbecueing your ass. Slow-roasted CCJ will not approach the legendary goodness of the GoddamFranks’ leg o’ lamb, but I must admit, there will be a certain satisfaction to be derived out of the weeks to come.

Look for a series of judgements that shut down CCJ’s case. And then the SLAPP suit hits. The legal costs get assessed. The legal costs get approved. CCJ tries to wriggle out. His assets get frozen. His assets get liquidated for damages. He gets evicted from his house.

And that ain’t even touching the criminal charges he’s about to face from the MoFo gang.
