This is a Jim Crow poll tax that defies the will of 65 percent of Florida voters

If this passes and is signed by Florida’s racist GOP governor , it seems like the ACLU or some voting rights organization must immediately file suit in federal court as a violation of the 24th Amendment on poll taxes.
