Of course! So we all got together and formed a Government, headed by the people we choose, to run it. We get to throw them out every 2-6 years, depending. They in turn appoint others to work for them, the more powerful of whom are subject to confirmation by the people we choose to represent us.

All the land that doesn’t belong to any of us, belongs to all of us. And it is administered for us by the government we set up to do our bidding, for the benefit of all of us.

I’m not sure what part of this he has a problem with, unless he think it should be administered for the benefit of only a few of us, against the wishes of the rest of us.

In that case, fuck him.
