The courts are going to have to decide who wins this governor’s race. No way will Kemp declare anyone except himself the winner

I want to know why he wasn’t required to temporarily step down while campaigning. The guy has a massive unfair advantage over Abrams and is brutally stacking the deck in his own favor.
