Most fundamentalists read their Bible like they get their news, from other people’s interpretation of the source information, rather than from their own.

Of course the same describes many Right Wingers too. How many do you think actually bother to go read first hand news reports in addition to the filtered pablum of Fox News, Hot Air, and Red State (to use a few examples).
