“First Amendment Rights” means that Hobby Lobby is free to warn and admonish its employees not to use contraceptives. But the Fourth Amendment means taht the employees’ choices are ultimately their own private choices.

That would be harassment and intimidation, which is not protected speech under the 1st amendment.
