Late to the argument, as usual, but I have to ask what harm was done to those children be viewing that woman’s breasts?

If you want to claim it was just a cultural convention she not expose her upper body, then fine, but charging the woman with child endangerment when there is no evidence viewing breasts causes harm to children is idiotic.

If it’s considered immoral then that morality has a basis, either absolute or cultural. If the basis is absolute then is has to be shown that is the case. If, on the other hand the basis is cultural then it is either arbitrary or based on level of harm. If it is based on level of harm, the harm has to be in evidence. If it is arbitrary then it can also be modified through action, as many arbitrary traditions and laws have been changed in the past.
