I took a gander at Trump’s response to the passing of GHWB, and it’s absolutely clear that he didn’t write it or have anything to do with how it was written.

It doesn’t even remotely sound like Trump’s voice, and that’s a good thing.

But I think it kinda funny in a way that GHWB passed while Trump was at the G-20. Trump is probably relieved that his ongoing foreign policy failures will get overshadowed by this at the same time he’s raging that he’s overshadowed by a guy whose shoes he could never ever fill.
