OH HAI LIZARDIA from beautiful Clearfield, Pennsylvania.

We’re on our way to Wilkes-Barre for our granddaughter’s Bat Mitzvah.

We experienced intense rainstorms all along the Ohio Turnpike. Then once we left the Turnpike at Youngstown we got an emergency text message YOU HAVE ENTERED A FLASH FLOOD AREA.

We were hoping to get at least as far as Bloomburg but I was getting really fatigued so we turned in at a Holiday Inn Express.

In the unlikely event you take the alternate route home - up 81 to Syracuse, Thruway to Buffalo, QEW/403/401/402 across southwest Ontario - there’s a kosher meal on us here in Rochester, at your choice of the one kosher restaurant in town, assuming it’s open.

(Which is still one more kosher restaurant than Scranton, Binghamton, Syracuse and Buffalo combined.)

As Anymouse can now testify, we treat visiting Lizards royally here in these parts!
